About Seraphim Health and Wellness
We are a group of physical healthcare professionals that put patient care and self-reported outcomes above all. We have three core methods that allow us to accomplish your goals.
Licensed Practitioner Assessments
Each of our practitioners is accredited by their respected boards allowing you to maximize your extended health insurance benefits at regular intervals whether you have a current or prospective condition. All of our healthcare professionals are in good standing with their respective associations and maintain current professional licenses.
Convenient Booking and Tracking
All of our booking, receipts and forms are made conveniently available to you through JaneApp. You can book when you need and however you need to fit your schedule. This choice is part of our commitment to bring the highest accessibility to services while minimizing wastes generated through paper-based filing.
Round-the-clock support and Perks
We believe that your best outcome doesn’t come from a single treatment but from additional support and home actions. It is not uncommon for our patients to leave with a few stretches for homework, applications of therapeutic kin-tape or cooling anti-inflammatory Arnica lotion to aid with recovery.
Our Policy Regarding Insurance, Licensed Practitioners and Student Practitioners:
At Seraphim Health and Wellness, you can expect to be treated by a healthcare professional that has been rigorously trained at an accredited University or College and has passed all exams and is licensed by a government regulating body. As a benefit, most extended health insurance plans, ICBC and WorksafeBC will cover our treatments. Please make sure to let your therapist know if your reason for coming is ICBC or WorksafeBC related. Your practitioner is trained to evaluate your health needs and to provide treatment to the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. We will use regular assessments to ensure your treatments are bringing you the best mobility.
We believe in giving to the next generation and so we do have from time to time have graduate student practitioners to gain experience, training and practicum hours for their accreditation. While you are able to book them at a different hourly rate, they are not able to treat medical issues or be claimed under extended health benefits.
